Three Australian men have been formally getting their lawsuit charged by prosecutors for eighteen years in prison for Paea I Middlemore Tupou, 26, and Mevlut Coskun, 22, for murder over the alleged execution of a Melbourne father Zivan Radmanovic and badly injured of Sanar Ghanim in Bali – Indonesia.Darcy Jenson gets seventeen year for involving plan of murder of Zivan Radmanovic and badly injure Sanar Ghanim.
The men, dubbed the “Bali Three”, are accused of planning and carrying out the brutal shooting of Zivan Radmanovic in front of his wife in a villa in June.
They have one week for defense lawyer to apple of each case.
They are also alleged to have injured underworld figure Sanar Ghanim in the same incident.
Melbourne men Coskun and Tupou are accused of carrying out the killing and escaping into the night after smashing their way through a villa door with a sledgehammer.
Darcy Jenson, 27, alleged to have helped plan and facilitate the murder, including by providing tools and getaway vehicles inside and outside Bali island.
It is alleged to have happened in June in a luxury villa Casa One not far from Canggu.
Judges hears Coskun were saying” Please check all the evidences and the facts again your hounors we are not guilty”. …You have one week to appeal from this charges, head judges Wayan Suarta replays on comments.
Meanwhile Sari Latief apointed family lawyer of Zivan Radanovic and Sanar Ghanim, approached to media, we are dissapointed over lawsuits given by prosecutors ” Three of them should getting high penalty for murderer as Jasmyne and Daniella back in Australia persume of death penalty will be given by prosecutors according to crime of murder law article in Indonesia , they the three only reward are they behaviours inside court, and also at future life to the family have lost their economic support from a husband, a father for thier kidds and the cost of damaged…thats not fair “.
