Eyewitness – The Nusa Dua, April 9, 2026 – InJourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) has reaffirmed its commitment to transparent corporate governance and integrity by achieving the SNI ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) certification. The certification was officially received on Friday (March 27) at The Nusa Dua, following ITDC’s successful completion of the Audit Surveillance II process conducted in January 2026.
The certification was issued by PT Garuda Sertifikasi Indonesia, an independent certification body accredited by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) and a member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) global network. This accreditation ensures that ITDC’s standards meet both national requirements and international recognition.

Ahmad Fajar, Acting President Director of ITDC, stated that this achievement is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to maintain integrity in managing national strategic tourism areas.
”This ISO 37001 certification manifests our commitment to ensuring all ITDC business processes operate under the principles of transparency and integrity. This is a vital step in strengthening the trust of investors and strategic partners, particularly in developing global-scale tourism zones that demand high governance standards,” said Fajar.
He further emphasized that implementing the Anti-Bribery Management System serves not only as a compliance measure but also as a tool to fortify internal control systems and a corporate culture rooted in ethics and accountability.

As the manager of premier national tourism estates—including The Nusa Dua in Bali, The Mandalika in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), and The Golo Mori in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT)—ITDC plays a strategic role in fostering a healthy and globally competitive investment ecosystem. Consequently, the implementation of ABMS is a critical move to ensure all collaborations and regional developments are conducted professionally and remain free from bribery.
The ISO 37001 certification also aligns with ITDC’s dedication to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, specifically the governance pillar, to support the development of sustainable, credible, and trusted tourism zones on both national and international stages.
“Moving forward, ITDC will continue to strengthen the implementation of the Anti-Bribery Management System through internal capacity building, enhanced oversight, and stakeholder collaboration. This is part of our broader effort to safeguard our reputation and maintain public trust in the management of national tourism areas,” Fajar concluded.
