The Bali High Prosecution Office (Kejati Bali) officially inaugurated and administered the oath of office for its new Assistant for Military Crimes (Aspidmil) on Monday, July 13, 2026.
The ceremony, held at the Sasana Dharma Adhyaksa Hall of the Bali High Prosecution Office, was conducted in accordance with the Decree of the Head of the Bali High Prosecution Office Number Prin-1665/N.1/Cp.3/07/2026, dated July 8, 2026.
During the inauguration, Navy Lieutenant Colonel (H/W) Anna Maria, S.H., was officially sworn in as the Assistant for Military Crimes for Kejati Bali.
​In his address, the Head of the Bali High Prosecution Office, Setiawan Budi Cahyono, S.H., M.Hum., emphasized the critical need to enhance performance in handling connectivity (koneksitas) cases.
“Maintain integrity, elevate professionalism, and execute your duties with full moral responsibility. Immediately map out existing problems and obstacles. The Military Crimes Division of Kejati Bali must stand at the forefront of upholding justice and integrity, particularly within the Bali and West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) regions,” Cahyono stated.
The event was attended by the Deputy Head of the Bali High Prosecution Office, I Made Sudarmawan, S.H., M.H., along with assistants, coordinators, the Head of Administration, and all echelon IV officials within the Kejati Bali environment.
​This inauguration is part of the Bali High Prosecution Office’s ongoing efforts to develop and strengthen its organizational capacity in supporting military criminal law enforcement.
