BRI Nusa Dua Eco Market 2026 recorded total transactions reaching IDR 195,628,200, with 92.2% of respondents making purchases during the event. Beyond driving immediate economic activity through transactions and MSME engagement, the event also demonstrated significant potential in boosting repeat visits, with 87.9% of respondents expressing interest in returning for future editions.

These achievements highlight that venue activation can deliver broader benefits beyond simply generating foot traffic. By combining MSME tenants, entertainment, workshops, and eco-friendly concepts, BRI Nusa Dua Eco Market 2026 served as a platform connecting visitors with local products and activities while strengthening visitor engagement with The Nusa Dua area. Consequently, the event not only stimulated activity during its run but also unlocked opportunities for transaction growth, visitor engagement, and return visits.

The presence of these tenants provided business owners direct exposure to showcase and market their products to visitors in the area

ITDC Operations Director, Troy Reza Warokka, stated that event activation in the area must be directed toward creating economic value while elevating the visitor experience.

“We presented the BRI Nusa Dua Eco Market 2026 as part of ITDC’s strategy to develop The Nusa Dua as a destination that is not only attractive to visit but also provides tangible benefits to the ecosystem within and surrounding the area. Based on key monitored parameters, this event serves as a catalyst connecting tourists and visitors with local MSMEs while driving economic activity across the precinct,” said Troy.

The impact on MSMEs was reflected in the high level of tenant involvement in shaping the visitor experience. MSME tenant activities emerged as the primary attraction, favored by 52.6% of attendees, followed by music and entertainment at 35.3%, and workshops at 10.3%. The presence of these tenants provided business owners direct exposure to showcase and market their products to visitors in the area.

Integration among MSME tenants, F&B offerings, attractions, and various precinct activities will be continually

In addition to stimulating economic activity, the event enhanced the overall appeal of The Nusa Dua. A total of 81.9% of respondents noted that the Eco Market made their visit to The Nusa Dua more enjoyable. This indicates that destination activation can effectively form part of a broader destination experience, giving visitors compelling reasons to engage and spend more time in the area.

This positive reception was further reflected in high visitor satisfaction metrics. Based on survey results, BRI Nusa Dua Eco Market 2026 achieved an “Excellent” Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 79.31 and an Average Satisfaction Score of 4.59 out of 5. These figures demonstrate that the event successfully engaged visitors while delivering a positive experience that encourages repeat visits and recommendations.

This strong sentiment was reaffirmed by the 87.9% of respondents who expressed interest in returning for future events. High repeat intention serves as a key indicator that the Eco Market has the potential to deliver long-term impact by fostering visitor attachment and driving sustained return traffic.

”An 87.9% repeat intention rate sends a positive signal that the Eco Market experience possesses strong appeal in building visitor affinity with the destination. Moving forward, we aim to develop similar activations in a more integrated manner—ensuring each event contributes to an overarching destination experience that drives repeat visits, extends length of stay, and increases visitor spending,” Troy added.

For ITDC, a successful destination is one that offers an exceptional visitor experience while creating real opportunities and benefits for the community and local businesses

Looking ahead, future iterations of the Eco Market will focus on enhancing MSME tenant quality and curation, diversifying entertainment and interactive activities, strengthening digital and word-of-mouth promotion, and further developing experiential and eco-friendly concepts. Integration among MSME tenants, F&B offerings, attractions, and various precinct activities will be continually optimized to encourage cross-selling, boost spending, extend stays, and generate a broader economic multiplier effect.

“We want The Nusa Dua to continually evolve as a destination that balances high-quality visitor experiences, economic growth, MSME empowerment, and sustainability principles. Therefore, we will continue to drive events like the Eco Market to deliver measurable impact and seamlessly integrate with the precinct’s ecosystem. For ITDC, a successful destination is one that offers an exceptional visitor experience while creating real opportunities and benefits for the community and local businesses,” Troy concluded.
