
Jakarta, Eyewitness | InJourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) and PT IAS Property Indonesia officially confirmed their strategic collaboration by signing a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) for the Provision of Corporate Travel Management (TMC) Services, valid until December 31, 2027. The signing took place on Tuesday (February 24, 2026) at the Sarinah Hotel, Jakarta.
ITDC now serves as the master developer and asset manager for tourism destinations such as The Nusa Dua, The Mandalika, and The Golo Mori, with high mobility to support regional operations, destination asset development, and the implementation of various national and international strategic agendas.

To address these needs, through this collaboration, IAS Property Indonesia will provide integrated Corporate Travel Management services, encompassing transportation and business travel management, including airline, train, ship, ferry, and various land transportation options. This service also includes accommodations through hotels with corporate contract rates, hotel reservations through Online Travel Agents (OTAs), and a network of partner hotels in various destinations.

Furthermore, IAS Property Indonesia provides corporate and event support services, including event organizers, event transportation, and the organization of MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition) events, as well as other added value for ITDC employees.

ITDC Operations Director, Troy Reza Warokka, stated, “Through this collaboration, ITDC ensures that all business travel needs are managed centrally, professionally, and transparently. With the support of integrated TMC services, we aim to improve operational efficiency while making it easier for employees to carry out their company duties,” Troy said.
Meanwhile, Director of Solutions & Infrastructure, Renny Soviahani, emphasized the company’s commitment to providing reliable and responsive TMC services tailored to ITDC’s operational needs. “We are ready to support ITDC’s mobility through an integrated, fast, and high-standard TMC service system, from transportation and accommodation to event needs and exclusive travel support services. This collaboration is our real contribution to improving connectivity and efficiency between national tourism entities,” he explained.
ITDC believes that simplifying business travel management will directly impact company productivity and performance, while strengthening synergy between entities within the InJourney ecosystem. “Through collaboration between InJourney members, integrated business travel management will improve employee focus and productivity.
