Eyewitness – Mandalika, March 7, 2026 – InJourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) held a Grand Tabligh (religious gathering) as part of the “Berkah Ramadan Mandalika 2026” event series, featuring prominent national scholar Tuan Guru Bajang (TGB) Muhammad Zainul Majdi. The event, held at the Nurul Bilad Mosque within the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ) on Friday (6/3), served as a pivotal moment to strengthen communal values and foster harmonious relations between the zone’s management and the surrounding community.
PGS. General Manager of The Mandalika, Agus Setiawan, explained that the Grand Tabligh and the accompanying “Safari Masjid” (mosque visit) series are part of ITDC’s ongoing commitment to maintaining close ties with residents of the buffer villages surrounding the area. This initiative also provides a platform for dialogue, bringing together management, religious leaders, community figures, and worshippers to hear public aspirations firsthand.
Through the Grand Tabligh under the Berkah Ramadan Mandalika 2026 banner, we aim to sustain our proximity to the community and religious leaders around the Mandalika SEZ. We hope TGB’s presence offers enlightening spiritual guidance while reinforcing messages of peace and togetherness during this holy month.

In addition to the main gathering, ITDC conducted the Safari Masjid program across several buffer villages from Thursday (5/3) to Friday (6/3). This outreach effort is designed to solidify the bond between the SEZ management and local stakeholders.
The Safari Masjid circuit included visits to several local mosques, such as:
• Masjid Labaik Lambeng (Sukadana Village)
• Masjid Nurul Huda (Rembitan Village)
• Masjid Baburrahmah (Pengengat Village)
• Masjid Nurul Ikhsan (Sengkol Village)
• Masjid Tambihul Ghafilin (Kuta Village)
• Masjid Raudhatul Jannah Bungawa (Prabu Village)
• Masjid Al Amin (Mertak Village)
The program also includes plans for communal Tarawih prayers, symbolizing unity between ITDC management, religious leaders, and the public in observing the sanctity of Ramadan.
Furthermore, ITDC will continue the Berkah Ramadan Mandalika 2026 agenda by distributing free takjil (fast-breaking snacks) starting in the second week of March 2026 at various points within the Mandalika SEZ. This program is expected to be a momentum for sharing blessings while further tightening the relationship between the management and the local populace.
Through Berkah Ramadan Mandalika 2026, ITDC hopes this holy month will reinforce the harmonious synergy between the zone’s management, the community, and other stakeholders, while delivering a positive social impact for the Mandalika SEZ.
