The Kemala Run 2026 in Bali concluded successfully on Sunday (19/4), marked by an atmosphere of safety and order. The seamless execution of this large-scale marathon was bolstered significantly by the active role of the Bali Regional Police Medical and Health Bureau (Biddokkes), which provided comprehensive medical support throughout the event.
From the initial preparation stages to the conclusion of the race, the Biddokkes team operated at peak capacity. Dozens of professional medical personnel—including specialists, general practitioners, nurses, and field health officers from various supporting agencies—were placed on full alert. These personnel were strategically stationed at key points along the race route to ensure immediate responses to any medical requirements.

During the event, medical teams successfully treated a number of participants for minor issues such as fatigue, muscle cramps, and dehydration resulting from intense physical activity. All cases were handled swiftly and effectively on-site via established health posts and mobile teams, ensuring that no serious incidents or emergency referrals were necessary.
Beyond responsive care, Biddokkes also implemented a rigorous and continuous monitoring system. Teams proactively observed the condition of participants from the starting line to the finish to ensure all runners remained stable. This preventive approach proved to be a critical factor in the event’s overall success.
The Head of the Bali Regional Police Medical Bureau (Kabid Dokkes) emphasized that the readiness of medical infrastructure, cross-agency coordination, and the professionalism of personnel were the primary keys to the success of the Kemala Run 2026 health services. “We are committed to ensuring that all public activities can proceed safely from a health perspective,” he stated.

The successful delivery of these medical services highlights the professionalism and preparedness of the Bali Regional Police Biddokkes in supporting large-scale community events. This active role serves as a tangible manifestation of the National Police’s (Polri) presence in providing safety and comfort to the public, particularly in the healthcare sector.
With the conclusion of Kemala Run 2026, it is hoped that the spirit of a healthy lifestyle through sports will continue to grow within the community. The Bali Regional Police Biddokkes further hopes that the synergy between the police and the public will strengthen, fostering future events that are safe, orderly, and beneficial for all parties.
