Eyewitness News – NUSA DUA
Bali Interfood 2026, organized by Krista Exhibitions, officially opened today, September 2, 2026, at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center. Entering its 7th edition from September 2–4, 2026, the international trade show connects the food and beverage (F&B), hospitality, bakery, coffee, wine & spirits industries, as well as business technology and solutions within a single ecosystem.
Bali Interfood 2026 serves as a strategic meeting point for manufacturers, distributors, importers, buyers, HORECA players, retailers, restaurant and café owners, and investors.
Beyond the exhibition floor, business matching, networking sessions, and educational programs aim to unlock new collaboration and transaction opportunities. Featuring 110 exhibitors from eight countries, including 35 MSMEs, the event presents the latest products, technology, and solutions for the F&B and hospitality sectors, targeting 15,000 visitors over its three-day run.

Daud D. Salim, CEO of Krista Exhibitions, highlighted Bali’s strategic role in the national F&B industry. He noted that growth across the island’s tourism, hotel, restaurant, café, and culinary sectors continues to drive demand for increasingly diverse products, raw materials, equipment, technology, and industrial solutions.
“Bali is not only a tourist destination but also one of the key growth hubs for Indonesia’s hospitality and culinary business. Therefore, we present Bali Interfood as a platform that bridges industry needs with innovation and business opportunities, while opening broader avenues for local businesses and MSMEs to grow and connect with wider markets,” Daud stated.
This year’s edition is co-located with Bali Hotel & Tourism, Bali Coffee Expo, Bali Wine & Spirit, and Bakery Indonesia Expo 2026. This collaboration brings together a broader ecosystem covering raw materials, F&B products, bakery and pastry, coffee, wine & spirits, processing equipment, HORECA, catering services, as well as packaging technology and solutions. Visitors can source products tailored to their business needs while exploring how various sectors within F&B and hospitality interconnect.

“What we bring is not just products, but also the opportunity to connect with the people behind the industry—buyers, suppliers, chefs, purchasing personnel, distributors, associations, and hospitality professionals,” Daud added.
A key highlight of Bali Interfood 2026 is the three-day Gelato World Cup Indonesian Selection. Attendees can watch the competition and join workshops showcasing the techniques and creativity of gelato professionals. The lineup includes the Gelato Workshop Coconut Mango Dessert, Mixologist Workshop, Morello Cherry Gelato, Gelato Competition, Gelato Workshop Sorbet Lollies, and Mixologist Workshop Blood Orange Sorbet. Beyond gelato, visitors can attend various culinary and beverage sessions led by chefs and industry experts.

Highlights include Cinnamon Roll with Chef Fajri Winarno, Dimsum Keju Lumer & Ghyong Chilli Oil with Chef Lucky R Katili, Bali Beans Manual Brew Class with Barista I Made Galih Kresnadana, and cooking demonstrations for Black Pepper Fried Noodles & Olive Vegetable Fried Kwetiau with Chef Ugay.
Bali Interfood 2026 also offers a flavor exploration experience through a series of Wine Pairings, matching wines with diverse flavor profiles. Offerings include a Wine & Coffee Sensory session with Bali Beans Coffee, a Wine & Chocolate Pairing with Mason Chocolates Bali, and Plant-Based Perfection: A Green Rebel Wine Pairing Workshop.
Meanwhile, the IPBI Competition Area features various contests and workshops, such as the Fruit Carving Competition, Table Setting Into the Sea Competition, and Flower Table Decoration Workshop. Sustainability is also on the agenda through a panel discussion titled “Rethinking Food Waste: How Hospitality Can Do It Better,” hosted by the Business & Community Manager of the Bali Restaurant Café Association (BRCA).
The trade show reinforces its commercial focus through the Business Matching Room, designed specifically to connect Ho.Re.Ca.Ba (Hotel, Restaurant, Café, and Bakery) operators with suppliers and exhibitors.
Scheduled events include “Ngopi Darat with Purchasing & Supplier Ho.Re.Ca.Ba Bali,” Coffee Morning with APKRINDO & APRINDO Bali, Afternoon Tea with IKABOGA & PHRI Bali, and a Meetup with the Bali Restaurant Café Association. These programs enable direct meetings between procurement representatives and suppliers offering raw materials, products, equipment, technology, and operational solutions. For business operators, the sessions offer a chance to source new products, compare solutions, build networks, and explore potential long-term partnerships.
Additionally, Bali Interfood 2026 focuses on workforce development through the Krista Training Center by IKABOGA, featuring the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) for roles such as Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, Baker, Commis Pastry, and RCC (Certificate Renewal). This initiative underscores that F&B industry growth requires not only product and technological innovation, but also professional competency development and awareness of evolving industry challenges.
This collaborative effort reinforces Bali Interfood’s position as a central gathering point for diverse stakeholders across the F&B and hospitality sectors. From manufacturers and distributors to hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, buyers, investors, culinary professionals, and technology providers, all convene within one unified ecosystem.
With the opening of Bali Interfood 2026, a three-day window of opportunity begins for industry professionals to discover innovations, source products, build connections, enhance competencies, and create new business opportunities.
