Director Permanently Dismissed, PT Melali Execution Issues Strict Prohibition and Ultimatum

The legal representative of PT Melali Management and Consultancy, confirmed that since the date of termination, J.S.M. no longer has the right to represent the company in any form.

This decision not only shocked the company internally but also sparked widespread speculation among industry players.

The dismissal was outlined in an official letter dated April 3, 2026, addressed to a person with the initials J.S.M. In the document, the company confirmed that the dismissal was carried out legally based on a notarial deed approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. Therefore, J.S.M.’s status as a permanent employee is now officially confirmed. His term as President Director was declared legally terminated on March 31, 2026.

This decisive step immediately marked a new chapter in the company’s internal dynamics. In the letter, management not only announced his dismissal but also explicitly revoked all authority previously attached to the position of President Director.

He is not permitted to give instructions, make decisions, sign agreements, or negotiate with third parties on behalf of the company.

Furthermore, the prohibition extends to public communications and representation. J.S.M. is strictly prohibited from using the company’s name, whether in direct communications, social media, or other digital platforms. “In fact, any claim of affiliation with the company is declared invalid and potentially unlawful,” he emphasized during a ceremony at the PT Melali Management and Consultancy office in Pecatu, Badung, on Monday (April 20, 2026).

The company’s firm stance is also evident in the warnings conveyed in the document. Management stated that any action taken on behalf of the company without authority will be deemed invalid, null and void, and could be categorized as an unlawful act.

More specifically, the company opened up the possibility of pursuing legal action, both civil and criminal, if violations are discovered. “This shows that the conflict that occurred is not merely an administrative matter, but has the potential to escalate into a more serious legal realm,” he explained.

Furthermore, the company also appointed a replacement. In the same letter, it was stated that the position of President Director is now held by P.W.G., who has full authority to represent and bind the company in all matters.

This appointment was made based on the same official deed, indicating that the leadership restructuring had been thoroughly prepared. This change in leadership also signaled the company’s desire to immediately stabilize internal conditions and ensure continued operations.

However, one of the most crucial parts of the letter was the instruction to return all company assets. J.S.M. was required to immediately return all goods, documents, and data related to the company, both physical and electronic.

The assets in question include everything from electronic devices, financial documents, contract archives, to system access and company keys. “Furthermore, the company also demands the return of data in soft file format without any changes, deletions, or manipulation,” he said.

The deadlines are also quite strict. For electronic documents, J.S.M. is required to submit all data within a maximum of three business days of receipt of the letter. For physical assets, the return deadline is set at a maximum of seven business days.

The company also requires a written, stamped statement as proof that all assets have been returned in full without exception. This demonstrates the high level of care taken by management in securing company assets and information.

Furthermore, the letter contains a stern warning regarding potential legal violations. J.S.M. is reminded not to falsify documents, use signatures, company stamps, or powers of attorney without authorization.

Any such actions are categorized as serious violations that could result in criminal consequences. The company even emphasized that it will not hesitate to report any violations to law enforcement and will fully cooperate with the law enforcement process.
