The Head of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Immigration for Bali, Felucia Sengky Ratna, has been honored with a prestigious accolade at the 2026 Innovation and Contribution Award for Bali and Nusa Tenggara (detikBali-Nusra Awards 2026). The grand awards ceremony took place at the Grand Ballroom of The Trans Resort Bali, Badung, on Friday (3/7).
​In the annual awards event, which was attended in person by the Chairman of CT Corp, Chairul Tanjung, Felucia Sengky Ratna successfully brought home the trophy in the “Progress Accelerator Figure” category, specifically nominated as the Pioneer of Collaborative Oversight for Quality Bali Tourism.
This award was presented as a token of appreciation for the dedication and responsive leadership of the Head of Bali Immigration in maintaining stability, security, and immigration order across the Island of the Gods. Under her leadership, the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Immigration for Bali is recognized for consistently moving swiftly to address various forms of immigration law violations.
One of her notable breakthroughs is the formation of the Dharma Dewata Task Force. This special task force consistently conducts routine patrols across various strategic locations with high concentrations of foreign national (WNA) activities in Bali.
​”The establishment of the Dharma Dewata Task Force is a tangible manifestation of our commitment to keeping Bali a safe, comfortable, and orderly international destination.
Through inter-agency synergy and active public involvement, we ensure that oversight efforts do not solely focus on law enforcement, but also on sustainable preventive measures,” said Felucia Sengky Ratna after receiving the award.
​The achievement earned by Felucia Sengky Ratna feels even more prestigious as she stood alongside several national figures and cabinet ministers who were also deemed to have made significant contributions to regional progress.
In the same category, the “Progress Accelerator Figure Award,” Minister of Trade H. Zulkifli Hasan won an award in the sub-category of Bali and Nusa Tenggara Food Distribution Chain Integration.
​Additionally, the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs, Ferry Juliantono, also took home an award as the Mover of the People’s Economy and Cooperative Transformation.
​The presence of these state ministers as fellow award recipients underscores that the collaborative steps initiated by Bali Immigration operate at a strategic level on par with national acceleration programs.
To realize a quality tourism ecosystem in Bali, the Directorate General of Immigration for Bali under Felucia Sengky’s leadership continues to actively forge close, multi-sector collaborations. This synergy involves local governments, law enforcement agencies, tourism industry players, and local communities.
​This cross-sector collaboration is deemed crucial for the early detection of potential issues involving foreign tourists, while simultaneously formulating swift and targeted response measures.
​Through these various initiatives, the Bali Immigration Office has successfully demonstrated that its role has now transformed.
Immigration is no longer just a gateway for the entry and exit of foreigners, but has evolved into a frontline institution supporting the creation of an orderly, safe, and world-class Bali tourism governance.
