The Head of the Regional Office Directorate General of Immigration in Bali, Felucia Sengkey Ratna Bali has publicly expressed high appreciation for the recent performance and achievements of the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office.
In a statement delivered to the press, the official emphasized the importance of maintaining a positive public image for immigration services in Bali. He specifically lauded the “extraordinary” progress made over the past three months, crediting a solid team of competent and dedicated personnel in Ngurah Rai Immigration.

The official concluded by reiterating his commitment to transparency and a close working relationship with the media. He urged journalists to highlight the positive developments within the department and invited them to collaborate on future activities, emphasizing that there should be “no distance” between the regional office and the press.

This activity serves as a forum for friendship as well as a communication space to build transparency between the Bali Immigration ranks and our media colleagues. We hope this collaboration continues to be enhanced as part of our commitment to constantly improve performance and provide the best service to the public. A harmonious relationship is the primary key in overseeing immigration policies in Bali,” said Sengkey.
The event concluded with a social gathering and interactive discussion session, where media colleagues were invited to provide constructive suggestions and feedback. This is expected to serve as evaluation material for the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office in creating more effective communication patterns and strengthening a healthy information ecosystem in the Bali region.
