The Ngurah Rai Class I Special Immigration Office took part in the 2026 Public Service Bazaar, organized by the Bali High Prosecutor’s Office on Saturday (4/7). The event, which commenced at 08:00 WITA, was held in the parking area of the Kuta Art Market, featuring various public services from government agencies, including immigration services.

During the event, the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office provided essential immigration services, specifically applications for the Passport of the Republic of Indonesia and Immigration Stay Permits

​During the event, the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office provided essential immigration services, specifically applications for the Passport of the Republic of Indonesia and Immigration Stay Permits. This off-site service initiative aims to bring services closer to the community, making access to immigration procedures faster, easier, and more convenient.

A total of 31 passport applications were processed during the event. Additionally, officers handled 2 applications for Immigration Stay Permits. The entire process—ranging from document verification to the final service stages—was conducted in strict accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure high-quality public service delivery.

​Beyond administrative services, the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office also actively disseminated information regarding various immigration services to bazaar visitors. This educational outreach is expected to enhance public understanding of immigration processes while encouraging correct compliance with regulations.

Participation in this Public Service Bazaar is part of the implementation of ‘Pasporia’ (Paspor Minggu Ceria / Cheerful Sunday Passport), an innovation by the Directorate General of Immigration. The program offers passport services through a casual, friendly, and highly accessible concept during weekends via various public events, such as public service bazaars and car-free days.

Overall, the event proceeded in an orderly, safe, and smooth manner. The high level of public enthusiasm reflected a growing need for immigration services that are more accessible and closely integrated with the community.
