The Bali High Prosecution Office (Kejati Bali) hosted the 2026 Public Service Bazaar at the Tsunami Center Building parking area, Kuta Art Market, on Saturday, July 4, 2026.
The event, which drew thousands of locals and tourists, kicked off with a beach cleanup and a baby sea turtle release. The activities were joined by the Head of the Bali High Prosecution Office (Kajati Bali) and his staff, the Badung District Prosecution Office (Kejari Badung), the Bali Provincial Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), the Badung Regency Forkopimda, and the local community.
In his opening remarks, the Head of the Bali High Prosecution Officer, Setiawan Budi Cahyono, S.H., M.Hum., emphasized that the Public Service Bazaar is a tangible manifestation of the state’s presence among the people.
“The prosecution office is here to serve, not just to enforce the law, but also to provide swift, accessible, and high-quality legal solutions for both the public and tourists. All services are provided free of charge and transparently,” the Kajati stated.
Meanwhile, the Governor of Bali, Wayan Koster, expressed his appreciation for the initiative. He underscored that poor public services could tarnish Bali’s tourism image.
“Fast, friendly, and transparent services are vital to maintaining tourist trust and supporting high-quality tourism in Bali,” Governor Koster asserted.
Throughout the event, various public services were made available to the general public free of charge. These included legal consultations, civil administration, licensing, healthcare, banking, immigration, police services, as well as the retrieval of evidence and traffic fine payments. Locals and tourists alike enthusiastically took advantage of these integrated services.
​The 2026 Public Service Bazaar successfully strengthened inter-agency synergy and brought public services closer to the community, aligning with the event’s theme, “Serving the Community Closer.”
