Tabanan Police have once again demonstrated compassion and empathy toward a grieving family by providing counseling, financial assistance, and social aid to the family of the late I Ketut Darmawan. The event took place on Tuesday (July 28, 2026) at the funeral home in Banjar Delod Pura, Sidatapa Village, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency

The activity was led directly by Deputy Chief of Tabanan Police, Police Commissioner I Ketut Tomiyasa, S.H., M.H., accompanied by Baturiti Police Chief, Police Commissioner Nyoman Darsana, S.H., alongside key officials and the Tabanan Police Counseling Team.
During the visit, the Deputy Chief presented financial aid and basic food supplies to the deceased’s wife, Ni Putu Dewi Suryantini. Additionally, basic food assistance from Tabanan Police Chief, Adjunct Senior Commissioner I Putu Bayu Pati, S.I.K., M.H., was also handed over as a gesture of care and support during this difficult time.

The Deputy Chief expressed his deepest condolences, praying that the deceased finds peace with Almighty God and that the bereaved family is granted strength, resilience, and fortitude.
Beyond providing social aid, the Tabanan Police Counseling Team, led by Police Inspector Second Class I Nyoman Sudila, delivered psychological support to the widow and her third daughter, Komang Kesya Puspitasari (8). The counseling aims to offer moral support, alleviate psychological stress, and facilitate the family’s recovery process so they can overcome their grief and move forward stronger.
Speaking on behalf of Tabanan Police Chief, Adjunct Senior Commissioner I Putu Bayu Pati, S.I.K., M.H., Deputy Chief Commissioner I Ketut Tomiyasa, S.H., M.H., stated that the initiative reflects the true spirit of the Indonesian National Police (Polri)—not only fulfilling security duties but also extending humanitarian care to citizens facing tragedy.
Through empathy and solidarity, the Tabanan Police hope the assistance and encouragement provided will uplift the family’s spirits. The entire series of activities proceeded safely, orderly, and smoothly.
