FEDERAL COURT WIN CLEARS WAY FOR JAMIE McINTYRE TO DEMAND ANSWERS OVER A$6–7 MILLION IN UNACCOUNTED-FOR INVESTOR FUNDS

Supporting information has been lodged with NSW Police under Event Number E104942732.

LUX Property Group founder Jamie McIntyre, also accompanied by his lawyer, Widia Fice, S.H. is demanding that Adrian Campbell and Hilton Wood release the complete banking records relating to approximately A$10 million collected from investors in connection with the former Marina Bay City development in Lombok.

According to financial information attributed to independent auditors, only approximately A$3.18 million reached LUX Property Group—leaving approximately A$6–7 million allegedly unaccounted for.

” Where is the remaining A$6–7 million?” Mr McIntyre said. “If there is an innocent explanation, release the bank statements and show investors where every dollar went.”

The demand follows Mr McIntyre’s Federal Court victory on 20 August 2026, when interim restraints obtained by Mr Campbell were discharged and Mr Campbell was ordered to pay 80% of Mr McIntyre’s costs relating to the interim proceedings.

Mr McIntyre alleges that Mr Campbell attempted to silence him while initially failing to disclose relevant aspects of his own criminal and regulatory history. According to material relied upon by Mr McIntyre, Mr Campbell apologised to the Federal Court for that non-disclosure.

Mr Campbell and Mr Wood were previously associated through GIM Trading, which has faced public allegations involving approximately A$23 million in client funds. Mr Wood was allegedly presented to Marina Bay City purchasers as an independent payment-transfer provider.

Supporting information has been lodged with NSW Police under Event Number E104942732. Mr Campbell has also withdrawn an Indonesian defamation proceeding brought against Mr McIntyre.

Mr McIntyre has served concerns notices on Channel Nine and News Corp over publications he alleges contained false and seriously defamatory claims concerning him, LUX Property Group and Marina Bay City.

“We allege these media attacks deflected attention from the real issue: approximately A$10 million was collected, only A$3.18 million reached LUX, and A$6–7 million remains unaccounted for,” Mr McIntyre said.

Despite the dispute, LUX remains committed to completing the Lombok development, now rebranded as Nesara Bay City. LUX says it is progressing the acquisition of more than 20 additional hectares, with planning and approvals expected to advance during the final quarter of 2026.
